Remove a geofence from a citizen

This guide explains how to remove a geofence from a citizen in the Stella Care Administration System. This function is used when a safety zone is no longer relevant for the citizen.

How to remove a geofence from a citizen

1. Go to the Citizens menu on the left side of the Administration System.

2. Find the citizen you want to edit and click their name.

3. Click the edit icon to open the citizen’s settings.

4. Go to the Geofence tab.

5. In the left column, you will see the geofences that are currently active for the citizen.

6. Drag the geofence you want to remove from the left column back to the right column.

7. When the geofence appears in the right column, it is no longer active for the citizen.

8. Click Save to confirm the change.

Tips

• If the geofence cannot be moved, it may be due to insufficient permissions.

• You can activate the geofence again at any time by dragging it back to the left column.
