Set up a time-controlled geofence

This guide explains how to set up a time controlled geofence in the Stella Care Administration System. A time controlled geofence is active only on specific days and during certain hours, for example at night or within a defined time range, and helps tailor monitoring to the citizen’s needs.

How to set up a time controlled geofence:

1. Go to the Citizens menu in the left side of the Administration System.

2. Find the citizen you want to set up a time controlled geofence for and click their name.

3. Click the edit icon (✏️) to open the citizen’s settings.

4. Go to the Geofence tab.

5. Make sure the desired geofence is already active for the citizen. It must appear in the left column.

6. Find the geofence you want to schedule and click the clock icon next to it.

7. A window opens where you can set:

   1. The days when the geofence should be active

   2. The time range during which the geofence should be active (for example 22:00–06:00)

8. Click Save to activate the schedule.

Tips:

• You can change the time settings at any time by clicking the clock icon again.

• If the geofence does not appear, activate it for the citizen first by dragging it from the right column to the left column.
