View citizens in a department

This guide explains how to view the citizens belonging to a department in the Stella Care app.

How to view citizens in a department

1. Open the app.

2. You automatically land on Departments.

3. Tap the department you want to view.

4. You will now see a list of all citizens assigned to that department.

For each citizen you can see:

• The citizen’s name

• A status icon showing whether the device is outside the geofence, offline, has low battery, or is functioning normally

• A bell icon where you can choose whether you want to receive alerts for that citizen

When you tap a citizen, you will access their profile, where you can view devices, alert recipients, and tracking.

Tips

• Use the status icons to quickly assess whether a citizen needs attention.

• If a citizen is missing from the list, you may not have the required permissions to view them.

• You can adjust alert settings directly by tapping the bell icon.
