Overview of Departments

This guide explains how to use the Departments view in the Stella Care app and how to get an overview of the citizens you are allowed to follow.

How Departments work

When you open the app, you automatically land on Departments. Here you will see a list of all the departments you have access to.

When you tap a department, you will see a list of the citizens belonging to that department. Each citizen is shown with a status icon that makes it easy to see whether the device is functioning correctly.

Status icon meanings:

• Red indicates that an associated device is outside its geofence

• Grey indicates that an associated device is offline

• Yellow indicates that an associated device has low battery

• Green indicates that everything is functioning normally

Next to each citizen, you will also see a bell icon where you can choose whether you want to receive alerts for that specific citizen.

Tips

• Use Departments if you work based on citizens and teams rather than individual devices.

• The status icons give you a quick overview of who needs attention.

• If you cannot see a department, it may be due to missing permissions. Contact an administrator in your organization.
