View a Citizen’s history

This guide explains how to view a citizen’s history and activity data in Stella Care’s Administration System — for example, to monitor movement patterns, review past alerts, or check battery usage.

How to view a citizen’s history

1. Go to the Citizens menu on the left side of the Administration System.

2. Find and click the citizen whose history you want to view.

3. On the citizen’s page, click the history icon next to the device you want to view the history for.

4. Review the available data in the following views:

   1. Activity history

   2. Battery graph

   3. Battery discharge rate

5. Choose the desired time period for the data you want to see.

Activity History

Displays an overview of events and alerts for the device.

The table includes:

• Alert type – e.g., geofence, battery, or connectivity

• Status – whether the alert is active, handled, or closed

• Handled by – the user who responded to the alert

• Time – the time the event occurred

Click Download to export a report of the activity history.

Battery graph

Shows a graph of the device’s charging and discharging pattern within the selected time period.

• Provides a quick overview of whether the device is being charged regularly.

• Helps identify changes in battery performance.

Battery discharge rate

Displays a bar chart showing how many hours the device has held a charge from day to day.

• Used to assess whether the battery still performs as expected.

• Helps plan replacements or service if battery life decreases significantly.

Tips

You can adjust the time period to view longer or shorter history intervals.

Reports can be used as documentation for care and quality assurance purposes.
