How do I set up the emergency call?

In short:

You can easily activate the emergency call function in the Care Tracker app. When enabled, the user can hold down the button on the watch for 3 seconds to call a preselected phone number.

Step-by-step:

1. Open the Care Tracker app.

2. Select the watch you want to change.

3. Go to Settings › Emergency Call.

4. Turn on Emergency Call.

5. Enter the preselected phone number the watch should call in case of an emergency.

6. Tap Save to activate the function.

Tip:

Choose a number that is almost always reachable – for example, a close family member. You can change the number later in the same menu.
