How does fall alert work?

This guide explains how fall alert works, and what happens if the watch detects a fall.

How to

1. The watch automatically detects when the person falls.

2. The screen shows the message Looks like you have fallen. I'm okay.

3. If it's a false alarm, the person can dismiss the message.

4. If there's no response, the watch automatically calls the emergency number.

5. You'll receive a notification in the app at the same time.

You can turn fall alert on or off at any time under Device settings.

Tips

Make sure the emergency number under Emergency call is up to date,
so the right number is called if a fall alert is triggered.
