Log in to the Administration System

This guide explains how to log in to Stella Care’s Administration System – the first step to managing users, devices, and alerts.

How to log in

When you open the Administration System, you’ll see three login options:

• Municipal IDP

• FK Access Management

• MitID

Private users must log in using MitID.

Municipal users must choose either Municipal IDP or FK Access Management.

Municipal users / Mit ID users:

1. Click “Municipal login / MitID”.

   
   

2. You’ll be redirected to your organization’s login page.

   
   

3. Once logged in, the system automatically opens on your dashboard.

Username and password

Used if you already have a Stella Care account and do not use external access.

Steps:

1. Enter your username and password.

2. Click “Log in”.

3. You’ll be taken to the home page, where you can view your devices and users

Create new user

Used when logging in for the first time.

1. Click “Create new user”

2. Enter your phone number before continuing (Remember to include the ‘+’ symbol and your country code, for example +45 for Denmark)

3. Click “Next”

Login troubleshooting

• Forgot password: Click “Forgot password” to reset it.

• MitID users: Contact Stella Care Support for assistance.

• Municipal login users: Contact your local IT department if you experience login issues.

• No access: Contact Stella Care Support at info@stellacare.dk or call +45 42 42 90 60.
