Log in to the app

This guide explains how to log in to the Stella Care app and which login methods you can choose from.

How to log in

1. Download the Stella Care app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).

2. Open the app.

3. Choose the login method that fits your setup:

   1. Municipal IDP

   2. FK Access Management

   3. MitID

      
      

Private users must log in using MitID.

Municipal users must choose either Municipal IDP or FK Access Management.

Municipal Login or MitID

• Used by municipal customers or others with external access control.

• Choose this method if your workplace requires MitID or another secure login solution.

Login with Username/Email

• Used if you are not using external access control.

• Enter your username or email, then your password.

• Tap Log in.

Once you are logged in, you will land on the app’s home screen. It consists of two tabs. Organizations and devices
