Delete an organization

This guide explains how to delete an organization in Stella Care’s Administration System. The function is used when an organization is no longer active or needs to be removed from the organizational structure.

How to delete an organization

1. Go to the Organizations menu on the left side of the Administration System.

2. Find the organization you want to delete.

3. Click the trash icon (🗑️) next to the organization.

4. A confirmation window will appear asking you to confirm the deletion.

5. Click “Yes, delete organization” to confirm, or “Cancel” to go back.

Important Before Deleting

• You must have administrator rights to delete an organization.

• If the organization contains citizens, devices, or sub-organizations, these must be moved or deleted first.

• Once deleted, the organization is permanently removed from the system and its data cannot be recovered.

Tips

• Use this function with caution — deleted organizations cannot be restored.

• If you only want to remove access temporarily, consider deactivating the organization by pausing its devices instead.
