What are whitelisted phone numbers?

In short:

A whitelisted phone number is a number that has permission to call the watch. This feature is used to limit who can make calls, ensuring that only selected people can get through.

How it works:

When you activate Whitelisted phone numbers in the Care Tracker app, the watch can only receive calls from the phone numbers you have added to the list. All other incoming calls are automatically rejected.

Example:

You can, for instance, add yourself and other close relatives so that only family members can contact the watch.

Good to know:

• You can add up to 5 phone numbers.

• If the feature is enabled, remember to add your own number if you want to be able to call the watch.

• The feature can be customized for each watch if you have multiple devices connected to the app.
