How do I limit who can call the watch?

In short:

You can choose to allow only specific phone numbers to call the watch. This is done in the Care Tracker app by activating the Whitelisted phone numbers feature.

Here’s how:

1. Open the Care Tracker app.

2. Select the watch you want to change.

3. Go to Settings.

4. Choose Whitelisted phone numbers.

5. Turn on Enable whitelisted phone.

6. Add up to 5 phone numbers that should be allowed to call the watch.

7. Tap Save to activate the changes.

Important:

When this feature is enabled, only the numbers you’ve added can call the watch.

Remember to include your own phone number on the list if you want to be able to call the watch.

Tip:

You can edit the list at any time if you want to add or remove a number.
