How do I renew a paused subscription?
In short:
If you have previously paused a subscription, you can easily renew it in the Subscription Management portal. Once renewed, the watch becomes active again and starts sending data.
Here’s how:
Go to Subscription Management – here.
In the Dashboard, you’ll see an overview of your watches.
Find the watch with a paused subscription and click on it.
Select Renew subscription.
Confirm that you want to renew the subscription.
After renewal, the watch will become active again, and the subscription will continue as before.
Tip:
Once renewed, billing will automatically resume.
The watch will start sending GPS locations and alerts again as soon as the subscription is active.
Note:
You can pause your subscription again at any time if you’re not using the watch temporarily.
