How do I pause my subscription?


In short:

Each watch is linked to a subscription. You can pause your subscription in the Subscription Management portal if you’re not using the watch temporarily.


Here’s how:

  1. Go to Subscription Managementhere.

  2. In the Dashboard, you’ll see an overview of your watches.

  3. Find the watch you want to pause and click on it.

  4. Select Pause subscription.

  5. Confirm that you want to pause the subscription.

When the subscription is paused, no payments will be charged, and the watch will stop sending data.


Tip:

  • You can resume your subscription at any time by selecting Renew subscription for the same watch.

  • Billing will only restart once the subscription has been renewed.


Note:

While the subscription is paused, the watch can still be charged and used, but it won’t send GPS locations or alerts until the subscription is reactivated.
