Overview of Devices in the app

This guide explains how to use the Devices view in the Stella Care app and how to get an overview of all devices you have access to.

How the Devices view works

1. Open the app.

2. Tap the Devices tab at the bottom of the screen.

3. You will now see a list of all devices you are authorized to view, regardless of which department they belong to.

For each device, you can see:

• Device name

• Device ID number

• Battery level

• A status icon showing the device’s current state

Status icon meanings:

• Red indicates the device is outside the geofence

• Grey indicates the device is offline

• Yellow indicates low battery

• Green indicates everything is functioning normally

• Green with a lightning symbol indicates the device is charging

What you can do from the Devices tab

When you tap a device, you get access to:

• History via the clock icon

• Tracking via the Find GPS button

• Device settings via the settings icon

This makes it easy to go directly where you need to, regardless of which department the device belongs to.

Tips

• Use Devices when you quickly need to find a specific device without navigating through departments.

• Devices with critical statuses are automatically placed at the top of the list.
