Overview of all devices in the Organization

This guide explains how to get a complete overview of all devices in an organization within Stella Care’s Administration System. Here, you can view the status, citizen assignments, and technical details for each device.


How to get an overview of devices

  1. Go to the Devices menu on the left side of the Administration System.

  2. You will now see a list of all devices registered in the organization you have access to.

  3. Use the search field at the top to find a specific device by name, ID, or citizen.


Information in the Device table

Each row in the table displays important information about the device:

  • ID: The device’s unique identification number.

  • Citizen: The name of the citizen the device is assigned to.

  • Device Name: The name given to the device during setup.

  • Phone Number: The number used to call the device.

  • Last Seen: The time the device last reported a position.

  • Created: The date the device was registered in the system.

  • Organization: The organization the device is assigned to.


Device actions

Click the edit icon (✏️): Opens Device Settings, where you can adjust functions such as calling, reporting, and power saving. These settings can only be changed when the device is turned on.


Tips

  • Use the search field to quickly filter devices in large organizations.

  • If a device is no longer active, you can delete it or reassign it to a new citizen.
