Change PIN Code

This guide explains how to change your PIN code in the Stella Care app. The PIN code is used as a quick way to unlock the app without entering your password each time.

How to change your PIN code

1. Tap the gear icon in the top right corner to open Settings.

2. Select Change PIN code.

   
   

3. Enter the new PIN code.

4. Enter the new PIN code again to confirm.

5. Tap Save to complete the change.

The new PIN code takes effect immediately and will be required the next time you open the app.

Tips

• Choose a PIN code you can remember, but that others cannot easily guess.

• Never share your PIN code with others.

• If you forget your PIN code, you can log in again using your password and then set up a new PIN code.
