Change Password

This guide explains how to change your password in the Stella Care app and which requirements the new password must meet.

How to change your password

1. Tap the gear icon in the top right corner to open Settings.

2. Select Change password.

3. Enter your current password.

4. Enter your new password.

5. Enter the new password again to confirm.

6. Tap Save.

Your new password takes effect immediately.

Password requirements

To change your password, the new password must meet the following requirements:

• Must contain at least 6 characters

• Must include both numbers and letters

• Must include uppercase and lowercase letters

• Must contain at least one special character (e.g., + * ? = & % #)

• Must not contain the letters: æ, ø, å

• Must not contain your first name or last name
