How does pausing a subscription work?

When you pause a watch, the first 3 months are free. After that, the pause costs 29 DKK per month per watch until the subscription is reactivated.

When you pause a watch

The system sends one email containing:

• the start date of the pause

• information that the first 3 months are free

• the date when payment will begin

• the price: 29 DKK per month

Reminder before payment begins

After 2½ months, you will receive an email informing you:

• that the free period is about to end

• when payment will start

• that you can reactivate the subscription at any time

Payment

If the watch is still paused at the 3-month limit, payment begins automatically.

Cancellation instead of pause

You can choose to cancel the subscription instead.

Important:

If you cancel, the SIM card is permanently deactivated. The subscription cannot be reactivated.
