How do I delete my account?


In short:

You can delete your account in the Subscription Management portal.

This is done under Account, where you’ll find the option at the bottom of the page.


Here’s how:

  1. Go to Subscription Managementhere.

  2. Select Account in the menu on the left.

  3. Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page.

  4. On the right-hand side, click the Delete button.

  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the deletion.


Important:

You can only delete your account if all active subscriptions have been deactivated.

Pause your subscriptions or transfer the account to another person, who must then accept the transfer.


Note:

Once the account is deleted, all associated information will be permanently removed, and access to both the Care Tracker app and the Subscription Management portal will end.
