View and manage falls in the app

This guide explains how to view and manage fall events directly in the Stella Care app.

How to view falls in the history

1. Go to Devices or open the citizen’s page via Departments.

2. Tap the relevant device.

3. Tap the clock icon to open the history.

4. In the list, you can see recorded fall events.

If a fall has not yet been handled, an edit icon will be displayed next to the event.

How to manage a fall

1. Tap the edit icon next to the fall.

2. Choose whether the fall should be:

   1. Confirmed

   2. Cancelled

3. The action is saved immediately.

When a fall is handled, the status is updated both in the app and in the Administration System.

Tips

• Handle falls as quickly as possible to ensure accurate registration.

• Only confirm a fall if it has actually occurred.

• Cancel a fall if it is a false registration.
