Set notification for step deviation

This guide explains how to set up alerts for deviations in a citizen’s step level. This is done in the Administration System.

How to set up a deviation notification

1. Go to Citizens and select the relevant citizen.

2. Go to Health.

3. Click “Set notification for step deviation.”

4. Choose the deviation percentage:

   1. 20%

   2. 40%

   3. 60%

5. Choose whether you want to be notified when the step level is:

   1. Below

   2. Above

   3. Below and/or above

6. Save the change.

Tips

• Use a lower percentage for citizens with a stable activity level.

• Use a higher percentage for citizens with natural fluctuations.

• Monitor alerts regularly to avoid unnecessary notifications.
