Fall analysis. Analysis and Reports

This guide explains how to analyze fall data in the Health tab in the Administration System.

Falls detected shows

• Bar chart displaying falls within the selected period

• Breakdown between automatic falls and manual alarms

• Handling status

Automatic falls are registered based on sudden or strong movement.

Manual alarms are triggered when the citizen presses the alarm button.

24-hour rule

If a fall is not handled within 24 hours, it is registered as unknown.

• Click “Download alarm report” to download documentation for the selected period.

Tips

• Use date filtering to analyze patterns.

• Review unknown falls regularly.
