Device settings
This guide explains which settings you can adjust for a device in the Stella Care app, and how to customize sound and naming as needed.
How to open device settings
Go to Devices in the app, or open the citizen’s page and select the device.
Tap the device to open its details.
Tap Settings to open the device’s settings menu.
What you can change in device settings
Device Name
You can change the device’s name to make it easier to recognize in the app.
Enter the new name and save the change.
Sound Settings
Choose which sound the device should use for alarms.
Choose which sound the device should use for warnings such as low battery.
You can turn vibration and sounds on or off as needed.
These settings make it possible to tailor the device’s notifications so they match the citizen’s needs and your workflows.
Tips
Use a name that makes it easy to see which citizen the device belongs to.
Choose a clear alarm sound so important events are not overlooked.
