How do I update my payment method?

In short:

You can update your payment method in the Subscription Management portal. Here, you can view your current payment method and add a new one if you wish to make changes.


Here’s how:

  1. Go to Subscription Managementhere.

  2. Select Billing in the menu on the left.

  3. Under Payment methods, click Add new payment method.

  4. Enter the details for your new payment card or payment solution.

  5. Click Add new payment method to save your changes.


Tip:

  • Make sure your payment method is always up to date to avoid interruptions to your subscription.

  • If you have multiple payment methods saved, you can set a new one as your default.


Note:

Changes to payment methods take effect immediately and apply to all future payments.
