How do I create a geofence?

In short:

You can easily add a geofence in the Care Tracker app to receive notifications if the watch moves outside a specific area.

Here’s how:

1. Open the Care Tracker app.

2. Select the watch you want to create a geofence for, and tap Settings.

3. Choose Geofence from the menu.

4. Tap Add geofence.

5. Give the geofence a name – for example, Home, Work, or Summer House.

6. Enter the address that should be the center of the geofence area.

7. Adjust the size of the area using the slider. A geofence must have a minimum radius of 100 meters.

8. Tap Save to activate your geofence.

Tip:

• You can add multiple geofences for the same watch – for example, one around home, work, or a summer house.

• Name your geofences clearly so you can easily tell them apart in the app.

Note:

If the watch temporarily loses its GPS signal, notifications that the user has left an area may be delayed until the connection is restored.
