How do I change notification settings for a watch?
In short:
You can customize how the Care Tracker app sends notifications for each watch. This means you decide how you’re alerted when something important happens – for example, if the watch leaves an area or the battery is low.
Here’s how:
Open the Care Tracker app.
Select the watch you want to change settings for, and tap Settings.
Choose Notification settings.
Here, you can adjust the following:
Enable or disable vibration. Choose whether your phone should vibrate when a notification arrives.
Enable or disable sounds. Choose whether notifications should include sound.
Alarm sound. Select which sound should play for alarms, e.g. when the watch moves outside a geofence.
Warning sound. Select a sound for warnings, e.g. when the watch has a low battery.
Tip:
Changes are saved automatically when you adjust the settings.
You can customize notifications for each watch individually if you have multiple Care Trackers.
Choose clear sounds so you can easily distinguish between alarms and warnings.
Note:
If you’re not receiving notifications, check that the Care Tracker app has permission to send notifications in your phone’s settings.
