How do I change my PIN code in the Care Tracker app?

In short:

When you log into the Care Tracker app for the first time, you create a 4-digit PIN code. This code is used each time you open the app, and you can easily change it whenever you wish.

How to change your PIN code:

1. Open the Care Tracker app.

2. Tap the gear icon in the top right corner to open Settings.

3. Select Change PIN code.

4. Enter your new 4-digit PIN code.

5. Confirm the PIN code by entering it again.

6. Tap Save.

Tip:

Choose a code that you can easily remember, but that others won’t guess easily. You can change your PIN as often as you like.

Note:

If you forget your PIN code, log out and sign in again with your email to create a new one.
