How do I activate my Care Tracker for the first time?

Your Care Tracker is almost ready to use when you receive it. You just need to charge it briefly and connect it to the app for the first time.

Here’s how:

1. Charge your Care Tracker. Use the included charger. The watch will turn on automatically and is ready for setup right away.

2. Download the Stella Care app from the App Store or Google Play.

3. Create your user account. Use the same email address you used when placing your order – this ensures that the app automatically recognizes your device.

4. Scan the QR code on the watch.

   
   

   1. Swipe twice from right to left on the watch face to display the QR code.

   2. Open the app, select Add device, and scan the QR code using your phone’s camera.

5. Name your watch and tap Save.

Once this is done, you’ll see the watch status as Online in the app. Your Care Tracker is now ready to use.
