How can I see where the user is right now?

In short:

You can see the watch’s location directly in the Care Tracker app.

When you activate Find GPS, a map appears showing the watch’s real-time position.

Here’s how:

1. Open the Care Tracker app.

2. Select the watch you want to view.

3. Tap Find GPS.
   The map will open automatically, showing the watch’s location.
   The watch sends its position every 15 seconds, allowing you to follow the movement live.

4. When you’re done, close Find GPS again.
   The watch will automatically return to normal updates every 10 minutes to save battery.

Tip:

• You can zoom in on the map and tap the marker to see the exact address.

• Check the timestamp at the bottom of the screen to see when the location was last updated.

Note:

If the watch is shown as offline, the map will not appear until the connection is restored.
