Multiple caregivers. Can we be more than one in the app?

Yes. You can easily have multiple caregivers using the Care Tracker app and following the same watch. Each caregiver has their own user account but can view and receive alarms from the same watch.

How does it work with multiple caregivers?

When multiple caregivers are added to a watch, they can all:

• View the watch’s location in the app

• Receive alarms and notifications

• Get notified when the watch moves outside a geofence

• Get notified when the battery is low

All caregivers log in with their own email address but have access to the same watch.

How do you add multiple caregivers in the app?

For multiple caregivers to follow the same watch, they must be added as alarm receivers.
